- Her weightlifting career started in 2011 when she competed in the International Youth Championships and the South Asian Junior Games. In these games, she earned gold medals.
- She competed in the Junior National Championship in Guwahati, India, in 2013. She was given the Best Lifter Award there.
- She competed for India at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014. (a city in Scotland). By lifting a total of 170 kg, she won a Silver Medal in the women’s 48 kg division.
