Smita Sabharwal Career
She began her career as a Sub Collector at Madanapally, Chittoor, and later worked as a Project Director for the Rural Development Authority of Kadapa. She went on to work as a Municipal Commissioner in Warangal after that. She was thereafter named Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in Visakhapatnam. In 2011, she was appointed District Collector for the Karimnagar district. During the 2014 General Elections, she served as the District Collector of Medak.
