A video is recently getting viral all across the internet where a Sikh duo have added a bhangra twist to Ed Shreen’s single hit Shape of You. The video depicts two bearded dancers from Canada’s Maritime Bhangra Group swinging desi to the beat.
As of now, the video has received more than 140,000 hits and has been shared more than 5,000 times on social media. The duo hope to raise awareness for Multiple Sclerosis and have asked viewers to donate to the MS Society of Canada
“We are group of youngsters from Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada who have a mission of dancing to help people by raising awareness and money and act as a medium to start dialogue on issues important to our international community,” Hasmeet Singh Chandok, one of the founders of the group, have told The Independent.
“We don’t do anything special, its the people who make it special,” he added.
