A Harvard professor discovered that using coconut oil is worst in terms of health benefits. She described it pure toxic substance in her video which has been viral on YouTube and got million hits.
Coconut is one of the main crops of southern part of India. It comes in the category of much of the healthy set of foods and it helps in boosting immunity and weight loss. But now, it looks like its quality is decreasing day by day.
Karin Michels said in her video that “I warn you about the usage of coconut oil, as this is one of the worst food you eat in her video talk in German which was entitled “Coconut oil and other nutritional errors”. She declared it thrice that coconut oil is the pure toxic substance.
As it is very popular in southern India especially in Kerala- which has extremely high fat in it and leads to chances of high cholesterol, heart attack. The American heart association explained that coconut oil (80%) has high percentage of fat than in Butter (63%), beef fat (50%) and pork lard (39%).
One more professor in The Harvard University said that, “Oils high in saturated fat raise an individual’s cholesterol”.
In another Harvard Health letter it was published that, “Too much fat in diet is unhealthy because it raise LDL cholesterol level and increase the risk of heart attack”.
Coconut oil has the main feature associated with it, is that it helps to maintain the cholesterol level. But still, it is not considered as the best oil to reduce the risk of heart disease. Therefore, it is advised to use coconut oil after consulting with your physician as only he can tell you whether it will suite you or not…
